Probably something closer to an 8 on the power scale, I guess. Some people in my playgroup have started to show interest in some higher powered decks though, and I would like to have at least one deck that I can bring up to accompany them. I'm used to build rather laid back and casual decks, focused on themes and mechanics rather than power (5-6 on the power scale, I would wager). ] will help you get basics on the field.Even though not being able to play at the moment, I'm still theorycrafting some decks on my free time. ] is often considered an 'auto-include' in mono-colored decks. ] is nice for reclaiming legendaries from the grave. There are other lands that can help you reach critical mass for ]. ] and ] are unnecessary in a mono-colored deck, in my opinion. Ask your playgroup if they are okay with the cards though there's a bit of casual debate about hybrid costs and color identity, so it's not unheard of to include these. ], ], and ] typically can't go in a mono-black commander deck as their color identities are not mono-black. I was gonna say, "Are you going to go hard on that flavor and include ]?" but I realized that you don't have any actual lich creatures besides Tormod!
